The roof is the most important part of any historic building. The Shamrock Court has sat dormant for years. The Missouri weather has taken its toll on the roof. There has been no attention given to the roof in decades. As a result, major deterioration has occurred, and leaks have caused significant damage to the integrity of the building.

Join us for several days of hard work in conjunction with our contractor to remove the old roofing material and install a new roof. In addition to replacing the roof we will also be removing and replacing all of the wood trim around the dormers, replacing the fascia boards, removing the gutters, and removing the awnings for restoration.
